 hip service is a joint effort by the UU congregations of the Hudson Mohawk

  will be the President of the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee\, R
 ev. Mary Katherine Morn.\nAfter 30 years in faith-based leadership\, the R
 ev. Mary Katherine Morn joined UUSC as President and Lead Executive Office
 r in 2018. She has helped to grow a number of progressive congregations se
 rving their members and the larger community.\n\n[caption id="attachment_2
 556" align="alignleft" width="300"] Rev. Mary Katherine Morn\, President\,
  UUSC[/caption]\n\nMary Katherine contributed to efforts for economic\, ra
 cial\, and social justice in Macon\, Georgia at the Economic Opportunity C
 ouncil/Headstart with the NAACP. She also worked deeply in the reproductiv
 e justice movement. In Nashville\, Tennessee\, she collaborated with the I
 nterfaith Alliance and Industrial Areas Foundation. In Fairfax\, Virginia\
 , she worked with interfaith ministries addressing hunger and homelessness
 \, collaborated with LGBTQI+ advocacy organizations\, and served on the co
 unty’s homelessness task force.\n\nMary Katherine also served in volunte
 er leadership with the Unitarian Universalist Ministers’ Association and
  for four years as Director of Stewardship and Development for the Unitari
 an Universalist Association.\n\n&nbsp\;
