Mindful Wednesdays Meditation Class

This class is constructed to deal with anxiety in all its forms. Sessions start at 12:10 PM in order to give working people the possibility of coming for part of a lunch hour. Each session is comprised of 20 minutes of (mostly) guided meditation followed by an (optional) discussion on mindfulness.

Classes will be held in our Sanctuary.

Charlie has taught yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for over 25 years. He has taught classes and leads retreats in northern New York, South Carolina, and Florida.  Charlie is a new member of our community, late of Canton, NY, now splitting his time between Saratoga Springs and Florida.
