The Hudson Mohawk Cluster of Unitarian Universalist Congregations has set Saturday, October 26 for a workshop on “pre-emptive radical inclusion.” Leading the session will be C.B. (Cindy) Beale, the founder of Justice and Peace Consulting and for 16 years the director of religious education for the UU Congregation of Northampton, Mass.
Starting at 9:30 a.m. and running through 3:30 p.m, the session will be hosted by the UU Congregation of Schenectady. The program will be designed for those in UU congregations who volunteer in religious education, membership and welcoming, and worship. It will use story, reflection and activities to explore ways to improve or expand welcome and inclusion for justice and equity.
