This month’s theme continues to be
Paying Attention. Epictetus, a Greek
Stoic philosopher said, “you become what
you give your attention to. If you don’t
choose what thoughts and images you
expose yourself to, someone else will”.
We will be Paying attention to our
relationship with water. World Water Day
is March 22 .We will be considering the
many ways water usage is present in our
daily lives, our need to protect it and be
aware that not everyone in the world has
our access to clean and plentiful water.
Why do we mark international days such
as World Water Day? “They are occasions
to educate the public on issues of concern
to mobilize political will and resources to
address global problems and to celebrate
and reinforce achievements of humanity.”
Of course, some fun will be included as
well!

Thinking ahead: The last day of RE on
Sundays will be June 21 . It will start up
again in September.
