Thursday, July 23, 6:00 – 7:30, Social Justice Social Hour – enjoy adult beverages and
fellowship with activists at Frederick Allen Lodge, 69 Beekman Street. All are
welcome, $5.00 temporary associate membership fee.

Social Justice Team members plan to wait until after Labor Day to schedule our next
meeting. Hopefully, this will give Rev. Vi time to settle in and join our discussion
Agenda Items include:
 electing a team leader
 deciding on an optimal meeting time, possibly after Sunday Services?
 collaboarating with sister UU congregations and local interfaith allies
 participating in Peace Week (September 21-27)
 initiatives to support free and fair elections
 discussing Rebecca Solnit’s Book, The End Comes Before the Beginning
