A seven-member Board of Trustees governs the Congregation, with authority delegated to it by the congregation under the UU Saratoga Bylaws. Two to three members are elected yearly, typically for a three-year term.

Board meetings are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM, and are open to all.

The 2026 Board of Trustees were elected at the annual meeting held on December 14, 2025. The positions are held by the following:

President- Art Holmberg

Vice President- John Collins

Secretary- Doretta Miller

Treasurer- Mike Egerman

Trustees at Large- Wayne Cochran and Sue Fisher
