A seven-member Board of Trustees governs the Congregation, with authority delegated to it by the congregation under the UU Saratoga Bylaws. Two to three members are elected yearly, typically for a three-year term.

Board meetings are typically held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM, and are open to all.

2024 Board of Trustees:

• Tari Lee Muth (President 2023-2024), 3 year term extended by congregational vote to 4 term, 2022-2025
• Art Holmberg (President 2025), 3 year term, 2024-2026
• Lucy Manning (President 2022), 3 year term extended by congregational vote to 4 year term, 2021-2024
• Sue Fisher (Treasurer), Board appointed to fill vacancy for one year, 2024
• Richard Wilkinson (Secretary), Board-appointed to fill vacancy for one year, 2024
• Barbara Floesure (Trustee-at-large), 3 year term, 2022-2024
• Ron Giancola (Trustee-at-large), Board-appointed to fill vacancy for 2024
• Rev. Joe Cleveland (Minister), ex-officio
