Generosity is one of the values identified as fundamental to Unitarian Universalism in the new statement of values and commitments Unitarian Universalists are trying out. As this statement describes what generosity means to a Unitarian Universalist faith or theology, generosity is linked with gratitude and with a realization of mutuality or interconnectedness. Perhaps most profoundly, it is linked to hope.
