City Council Proclamation – Frederick Allen Lodge’s 100 th Anniversary:

At Tuesday night’s City Council meeting, members and friends filled the gallery to
celebrate the Frederick Allen Lodge (FAL) #609’s and Mary A. Carter Temple
(MACT) #362’s 100 th anniversary. The council and Mayor congratulated FAL and
posed for photos with MACT members.

MLK 2026 Weekend Celebration: MLK Saratoga’s 2026 Planning Committee met
Thursday, December 18, to finalize our calendar of events and press release for
publication next week. Individuals and organizations are invited to attend, volunteer
table, and donate – stay tuned!

Young Women Making A Difference: Siroptimist International of Saratoga County
announced their 2025-2026 awards for volunteer action by young women between the
ages of 14 -18. For more information:

Yellow Scarves UUC-SS: Lucy Manning created yellow scarves for members and
friends to identify with our congregation. They’re free, beautiful, and very soft, so
look for them this Sunday (Donations are welcomed). Perhaps we ought to take a
group photo wearing our scarves?
