MAY DAY 2026: TOGETHER WE STAND

Workers over Billionaires

May 1 will be a Workers over Billionaires national day of action to disrupt the billionaire takeover of our country. They are using their massive wealth to influence elections, finance this corrupt administration, profit off of mass detentions and deportations, and more. Together we will be flexing our collective muscle in a tremendous day of power – showing our unity through a day of rallies, marches, and action including No Work No School No Shopping in many cities.

May Day demands:

Tax the rich so our families, not their fortunes, come first.
ICE Out. No private army serving authoritarian power.
Expand democracy, not corporate power. Defend free and fair elections not a rigged disaster.

Indivisible ADK/Saratoga (IAS) is encouraging our members to participate in two ways:

First, take the pledge of “No School, No Work OR No Shopping” and share the link: https://mobilize.us/s/O8CK2U

Take the Pledge Here!
Second, show solidarity with union workers by attending the Capital District Area Labor Federation at their big event in Albany, May 1, 5:30 – 7 p.m. at West Capitol Park. Sign up and share the link:

This May Day we are continuing to build the strength, power and momentum to win!

Indivisible ADK/Saratoga is a local chapter of Indivisible (http://Indivisible.org), active in NY’s Saratoga, Warren, and Washington counties that welcomes people with our shared values and goals. We organize and mobilize for actions that safeguard and advocate for vulnerable communities, protect human rights, guard our planet, elect progressive candidates, and protect democracy.
