As we recognize Indigenous Peoples Day at a time when the Federal Government is erasing most reminders of the roles of “others” in forming and maintaining our nation, the October 12 service will concentrate on the effects of the reservation program. Jim Caverly will bring a story of his adopted daughter – a Lakota girl from the Rosebud Reservation – to our congregation. Join us for “A Broken Angel,” as we hold the 3.7 million indigenous people in the US in our hearts
Beginning Sunday October 12th, we will have our 10am service at our meetinghouse at 624 N. Broadway in Saratoga Springs. We look forward to seeing you there!
